I’m Marta
Growing up in communist Poland, I craved freedom. I found it in escaping and rock climbing in far corners of the earth. Yet, a nagging emptiness remained.
A rock climbing accident forced me to confront a question: how do I want to live? The answer? Helping others explore themselves, to break free from limiting beliefs and societal expectations, for a full and authentic life.
So.. the best way to start a massive change in your life is to have a near-death experience.
Don't need a near-death experience? I use my experience and the wisdom of the mountains to guide clients. Together, we craft visions, develop plans, and take action towards their goals. I bring honesty, humor, boldness, kindness, and courage to your journey, collaborating with ethically sourced plant medicine when appropriate.
I use a variety of approaches: Embodiment, Internal Family Systems, Positive Intelligence, Plant Medicine, Personal Myth, Past Life Work, Healing Ancestral Trauma, Nature healing, Generative Trance, Vision quests, Plant Medicine and more.
Climbing is my jam. I’ve been climbing & traveling for climbing for over 25 years. I’m a rock-climbing guide & adventure coach. I coach people up mountains.
Random accomplishments: I fixed a helicopter mid-flight, I was the opening act for MOBY, I made 4K hitch-hiking, and I wrote, produced & directed a documentary about Nappy Napoleon, a Native Hawaiian Elder.
I live in Grand Junction, Colorado with my partner Steven and my dog Aisha.
