What helped us SURVIVE the real and imagined physical and emotional threats as children, by the time we are adults, might no longer be needed. These patterns of thinking, feeling, and reacting are coded in our brain’s neural pathways. When triggered, we get “hijacked” by our Saboteurs and feel, think, and act using their patterns.
These patterns are not us. They do take an enormous amount of energy to sustain. What helped us survive is an obstacle to thriving.
In this program you will learn how to work on your patterns to free up energy to be more you. You can invest this newly gained energy into what ever you want. Being more you means also you have a healthy navigational system. This means decision making is easy and you truly know what you want in life and have energy to get it.
Gain awareness to free yourself of your habitual self sabotaging and instead see opportunity in anything life throws at you. It can help with your career, your relationships and your sense of peace and wellbeing in the world.
What we do in this program is:

This program uses POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE app (PQ), a comprehensive program for developing mental fitness. Mental fitness transforms your self sabotaging ways and has you well on the way to self mastery. What you grow is your capacity to respond to life’s challenges with positive rather than negative mindset.

“Adrian came to me to help him deal with his avoider. Adrian’s life looked very exemplary on the surface: nice house, great relationship and a business. He was sick of himself though. He was not being present at home, escaping at the first sign of any conflict. Adrian didn’t need hookers & blow to escape his life, he instead used his work. The harder things got at home, the more life required of him, the more he would loose himself in the self importance of providing, making money and doing the responsible thing. Work became an addiction, a way of avoiding life. In his mind he made himself immune to conflict, how can you someone for being too responsible? Luckily for Adrian his own life became unbearable - he found enough reason to face his avoider. In our work together we discovered all the lies that the avoider was telling him. That nothing good comes out of conflict and that nobody needed to hear about his feelings. Doing daily PQ reps helped Adrian to catch himself anytime he was avoiding being present in his life and helped him to build new neuro-pathways. Adrian slowly started meeting things head on and when he noticed an urge to escape to work, he would gently remind himself not to, and face his discomfort. ”
