Overview
Moab is the ultimate adventure capital of the U.S. and it is hard not to love its breathtaking scenery. The beautiful sandstone walls and monoliths, the Colorado River winding through and the La Sal Mountains soaring above town is quite a breathtaking jaw dropping back drop for this fabulous adventure trip.
What makes this adventure different from our other trips is:
This is a great trip for those looking to connect with nature because we all stay camp together, which gives us more time to get to know each other.
This is a perfect trip for an introduction to rock climbing. We teach technical climbing skills along with movement skills in a fun, safe and encouraging environment to help you flow up the rock with ease. Note that experienced climbers do come too and will also have a great time and learn a lot.
The tower is a once in a lifetime opportunity to climb a mega classic climb to the summit of an inspiring summit in the Moab desert. Even those new to climbing will be more than ready to tackle the optional tower day after climbing just two half days with our amazing staff.
Of course, being in the continental U.S., it's also one of the more easily reached retreat locations.
This is an INTENSIVE immersion.

Heidi Wirtz - Climbing & Yoga
Heidi Wirtz is one of the country’s few prominent female adventure climbers. She has been climbing for over twenty years, letting her passion for adventure and exploration lead her to exotic and remote places around the world. Heidi has pioneered new routes up unclimbed big walls and mountains and pushed the limits of female exploration. She is known in the United States as Heidi Almighty for her bold and technical climbing as well as speed ascents in Yosemite Valley.
She has been guiding for over 20 years and is an AMGA Certified Rock Guide and professional climber for The North Face. Along with her passion for climbing she has taught yoga for climbers for over a decade. She works with people to get them back into the flow state and help them realize that this is a natural state of our being. We will work on the mat and on the wall to help us grow and develop.
Marta Czajkowska - Life Coaching
As an angry teenager I developed a strong aversion to structure and societal guidelines. As I descended into chaos and anarchy, I stumbled upon a gold mine. I jumped into rock climbing knowing that it will save my life. It did.
At 17 I set off to travel and climb, summiting rock faces in far corners of the earth. Climbing set a clear focus to my extensive travels which allowed me to delve deeper into cultures and people and created deep and nourishing experiences. I lived in many countries and became fluent in 5 languages.
Although I was living the rockstar life I created, I knew there was a missing component. As my vision formed I realized that I wanted to use my experience and my talent to help others on their journeys.
My unusual life experience taught me to do really well under pressure and made me an expert on giving it my best and not getting discouraged when it didn’t get reciprocated. The rock does not care if it gets climbed or not!!! Powerfully interacting with nature heightened my awareness of what’s real (and not made up by collective belief), therefore training my intuition to cut through the bullshit. All that, plus my lifelong practice of razor sharp focus, allowed me to show up fully and coach others powerfully.
I guide clients through their blind spots and challenge their habitual beliefs with kindness and humor. I help them disarm mind-mines, remove roadblocks to creativity and shine their brightest light. I teamed up with mother nature to and I know how to connect my clients to her endless wisdom.
I love igniting people to go beyond the limits of their minds and bodies.
