Within the first week of our work together, I learned how my judgment of self and others is causing me to hold onto negative feelings. Over the next few weeks, I felt a huge shift in my perception of myself and my circumstances. The combination of guided mindfulness exercises, self-reflection, and accountability was instrumental in this shift.
